Day 1: Arrival at Shirar Base Camp (Acclimatization & Briefing)

- Duration: 3–4 hours
- Terrain: Gentle descent through forest trails and open meadows.
- Afternoon:
- Arrive at Sajuni Village and drive back to Shirar Base Camp.
- Freshen up, collect your belongings, and prepare for departure.

- Same-day departure for your destination.
Essential Tips for Trekkers
- Fitness: Although beginner-friendly, basic fitness is required for 5–7 hours of trekking daily.
- Gear: Pack appropriate trekking shoes, layers for varying weather, and a backpack with essentials (water bottles, snacks, rain cover).
- Weather: Weather in the mountains can be unpredictable; carry rain gear and thermal layers.

What to Pack
- Trek Shoes: Carrying good trek shoes is a must as the terrain is going to be tough.
- Backpack: A 30-40 litre backpack is required to carry all your essentials for the trek.
- Clothing: You should carry multiple layers of clothing, as weather can change drastically in minutes on such treks. carrying a rain coat is recommended as it can rain anytime, socks and gloves accordingly.
- Others : Carrying socks 0f 4 pairs ,ie ;2 pair normal and 2 pair wooden socks of cold weather conditions. Thermals are compulsorily recommended for high altitude treks

- Take enough time to acclimate at high altitudes because the climatic conditions differ from those in the plains.
